About
Founded in 2025, The CLAYS BD is a fast-food chain born from the shared dream of partners from diverse backgrounds—ranging from engineering and the corporate world to industrial entrepreneurship—united by one vision: to redefine the true meaning of fast food in Bangladesh. At CLAYS, fast food is not just about affordability, but about value for time, making everyday meals quicker, smarter, and more satisfying. Proud to be among the first drive-thru–focused pioneers in Bangladesh’s fast-food industry, the name CLAYS symbolizes building hope from different broken pieces, shaping them into something strong and meaningful. The Dream Behind the CLAYS BD
The CLAYS BD was born from a shared dream between Maruf Rayhan and his childhood brother, Hasan Morsadul Islam (Sadman). Together, they envisioned introducing something entirely new to Bangladesh—a true drive-thru restaurant pickup concept that seamlessly combines speed, quality food, and a modern customer experience.
What began as an idea was gradually transformed into reality through careful planning, persistence, and hands-on execution. Maruf often shares that when this journey began, he did not even own a car, yet he was building a drive-thru restaurant. This contrast powerfully represents the core spirit of The CLAYS BD—dreaming beyond limitations and turning vision into reality through determination and hard work.
Today, The CLAYS BD stands as a reflection of that journey: a brand built on innovation, discipline, resilience, and belief, setting new benchmarks in convenience-driven dining in Bangladesh.
